摘 要:提出了一种新型钢管混凝土柱节点机械连接装置的设计方法。通过两个不同连接设计(单卡槽和双卡槽)的单向受拉试验,研究了该连接装置的破坏过程、破坏形态等。试验结果表明,试件破坏是由钢管混凝土引起的,直至钢管到达屈服状态,连接装置尚未破坏,说明该新型钢管混凝土连接装置连接可靠,具有较好的受力性能,能够满足钢管混凝土连接设计的要求。In this paper,a new type of design for mechanical connection device of concrete filled steel tube was propcsed.Through the unidirectional tensile experiment of two different connection design (single slot and doubleslot) specimens,destruction process and destruction form of this new type of connection device were researched.The experiment results show that the destruction of specimens are caused by concrete-filled steel tube,and this new type connection device may not be destroyed until the steel pipes reach to yield strength.The fact indicates that this new type of concrete-filled steel tube connection device is reliable,as well as possesses much better mechanical performance,and this connection device is good enough to meet all the requires of concrete-filled steel tube connection design.
