煤矿沿空留巷模板支架的有限元分析

摘　　要：以ZZTM10300/17.5/30H型模板支架为研究对象,使用Pro/E和ANSYS Workbench建立模型,确定边界条件和载荷,以顶梁与后顶梁受力相似为前提,采用内加载的方式,对模板支架底座施加集中载荷和扭转载荷情况下,分别就顶梁及后顶梁施加集中载荷和不同的扭转载荷等几种工况进行有限元分析,得到后顶梁垫块位于不同位置时模板支架整架及其零部件受力情况。通过对最大应力值的分析对比,得出一些关于六柱液压支架加载方式的结论,以供研究和设计人员参考借鉴。A ZZTM10300/17.5/30H formwork support served as the research object, Pro/E and ANSYS Workbench were applied to build the model and determine the boundary conditions and loadings. On the premise of the canopy and the back canopy carrying the same stress, the inner loading method was used to apply concentrated loading and torsional loading on the base of the formwork support, and then the FEA of the canopy and the back canopy being applied concentrated loading and various torsional loadings were conducted respectively. Finally, the stress status of the formwork support and its parts while the pad of the back canopy locating differently. After the contrast of maximum stress values, some conclusions about loading method for six-column hydraulic supports were obtained, which offered references for researchers and designers.
