摘 要:在分析挖掘机典型工况的基础上,利用有限元分析软件Workbench对其在偏载工况下进行强度分析,并与典型工况进行对比。在建模过程中工作装置动臂、斗杆、铲斗三构件之间采用销轴连接,区别于传统的直接固结法,考虑其相对运动时相互铰接两构件间的变形以及相互间的力和位移情况。运用非线性接触法模拟铰接区域相对滑动传递剪应力,较为真实地反映工作装置在实际作业时销轴链接处的应力分布情况,为挖掘机工作装置的结构改进提供参考,同时为产品设计提供一种有效途径。After analyzing the hydraulic excavator in typical operation mode, the paper used finite element software Workbench to analyze its strength in unbalanced loading operation mode, and then compared with the analysis results in typical operation mode. In the process of modeling, the manipulator boom, bucket arm, bucket were linked each other by pin roll, which was different form traditional direct fixed connection; the deformation, force and displacement of two articulated components during movement were considered. The nonlinear contact method was applied to simulate the transmission of shear stress on articulated regions due to relative sliding, thus the stress distribution on pin junction of the manipulator in actual operation process was more truly reflected. The study provided references for structural improvement of the excavator manipulator and offered an effective way for product design.
