摘  要:针对现有煤矿多条带式输送机没有现场总线通信功能的问题,提出了基于现场总线的两级带式输送机电控系统设计方案。通过PLC编程实现了故障保护,利用CC-Link总线技术实现了主站和从站之间的数据共享和联合控制,编写了触摸屏程序,实现了实时监控。实际应用表明,该系统保障了煤矿的生产安全,提高了煤矿运输设备的自动化水平。Since there was no field bus communication function for multiple belt conveyors in the colliery, the paper designed a two-stage belt conveyor electric control system based on field bus. The fault protection was realized by PLC programming, and CC-Link bus technology was applied to realize the data share and cooperative control between host station and slave station. In addition, the real-time monitoring was achieved by the touch screen program. Practical application showed that the system ensured the production and improved the automatic operation level of transportation equipments in the colliery.
