摘  要:目前破碎机的破碎模型一般由破碎函数和选择函数组成,破碎函数和选择函数相当于预测破碎颗粒尺寸分布的两个约束条件,满足约束条件并且熵值最大的分布就是最接近实际情况的分布。熵模型是以群体平衡原理为基础,应用最大信息熵方法,通过归一化条件处理,再引入能量平衡约束条件,并由拉格朗日乘数法推导出破碎函数的数学形式,再由转换函数和破碎函数推导出选择函数。通过圆锥破碎机试验破碎颗粒分布情况与熵模型计算结果进行比较,证明熵模型在液压圆锥破碎机颗粒分布情况的预测是可行和有效的。The current comminution model of the crusher usually consists of breakage function and selection function. The two functions are equivalent to two constraints for predicting the size distribution of crushed particles, and the distribution meeting constraints and having the maximum entropy is closest to actual status. The entropy model was based on the principle of population balance, and the maximum information entropy method was applied, and then the energy balance constraint was introduced after normalized conditional treatment, finally the breakage function was determined by Lagrange's multiplier method, and then the selection function was derived by transfer function and breakage function. The comparison between particle size distribution from the test on cone crusher and calculation results of entropy model showed that the entropy model was feasible and effective in prediction of particle size distribution of the cone crusher.
