摘 要:根据安监总局对救生舱的设计要求,笔者对救生舱设计初期的计算问题进行了系统总结和推导。计算包括救生舱的容积率、压风入口、泄压口、压缩氧气瓶和空气瓶数量及蓄冰量的计算等。并以青岛兰青能源装备科技有限公司生产的8人救生舱为例,结合该公司的真人试验对公式进行验证。试验结果表明,该计算方法可以满足救生舱的设计需要,为救生舱制造者提供了参考依据。According to design requirements of the refuge chamber proposed by State Administration of Work Safety, the paper summarized and deduced some calculation formulae during preliminary design of the refuge chamber, which involved chamber cubage, diameter of air intake, pressure relief opening, number of compressed oxygen reservoirs and air reservoirs, amount of ice storage and so on. And then, an eight-person refuge chamber produced by Qingdao Lanqing Energy Equipments Science and Technology Co., Ltd. served as the example, the calculation formulae were verified in combination with reality tests of the company. The test results showed that the calculation method and formulae met the design requirements of the refuge chamber as well as offered reference for designers of the refuge chamber.
