摘　　要：为了在 2 1世纪中叶实现祖国达到中等发达国家水平的奋斗目标 ,能源工业还必须要高速发展。随着清洁能源和可再生能源的开发 ,2 1世纪的能源结构将逐渐改变 ,到本世纪中叶有可能发生重大变化 ,但煤炭的绝对消费量有增无减。煤炭不仅是我国蕴藏量最丰富的矿物能源资源 ,而且是一种非常宝贵的碳氢资源和化工原料。洁净煤技术和煤炭转化将起重要作用。 2 1世纪我国煤炭的转化和综合利用必将高速发展。In order to realize the objective of China's achieving the middle developed country level in the middle of the 21st century,energy industry must be developed at a high speed. With the development of clean and renewable energy resources, energy resources structure in the 21st century will be changed gradually and a great change might take place in the middle of the 21st century, but absolute consumption of coal will grow more and more. Coal is not only the richest fossil energy resources, but also a ery valuable hydrocarbon and chemical raw material. Clean coal and coal conversion technologies will play very importmant roles. Coal conversion and Coal comprehensive utilization must be developed at a high speed in the 21st century in China.
