摘  要:研究合成了一种新型聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定剂——三(月桂酸巯基乙酯)锑。实验结果表明:当反应物月桂酸与三(2-羟基乙硫醇)锑的用量比为1.1:1.0时,以钛酸丁酯作催化剂,二甲苯为带水剂,加热反应回流4h,得到三(月桂酸巯基乙酯)锑的产率为78.8%;并用热老化的方法测试了其对PVC的热稳定性。当三(月桂酸巯基乙酯)锑的添加量为2phr时,PVC树脂的热稳定时间为20min(200℃)。A novel type of thennal stabilizer - antimony tris(thioethyl laurate) was synthesized. The yield of antimony tris (thioethyl laurate) attained 78.8% under the conditions of reacting of lauric acid with antimony tris(2 -hydroxyethylthiolate) at the mole ratio n(Cn11H23COOH) : n(Sb(SCH2CHOH)3) = 1.1 : 1, adding 0.4% tetra-n - butyl titanate catalyst and xylene as azeotropic solvent, heating and refluxing for about 4 hours. The thennal stability of poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) system incorporated with the stabilizer was measured by heat - aging oven test. The thennal stable time of the PVC lasted 20 minutes at 2001 when 2 phr(per hundred resin) was added into the resin.
