摘　　要：目的综合评价某医院2003-2012年医疗工作质量，为医院管理部门制定决策提供科学依据。方法应用TOPSIS法对某院医疗质量数据进行同趋势化和归一化处理。结果医院医疗质量大体上呈逐年上升趋势，其中以2003年较差、2012年为最佳，评价结果与实际情况大致相符。结论利用TOPSIS法评价医院医疗质量，适用小样本资料，应用灵活、操作性强、结果量化准确，具有较高的实用价值。Objective To evaluate a hospital from 2003 to 2012, the quality of medical work for the hospital administration to provide the scientific basis for decision making. Methods TOPSIS method in a hospital with the trends in health care quality data and normalized. Results The quality of medical care generally increased year by year, in 2003 less, in 2012 the best evaluation Results broadly in line with the actual situation. Conclusion The evaluation of medical quality TOPSIS method for small sample size and flexible, feasible, accurate quantitative Results with high practical value.
