摘 要:采用电子束辐射接枝法将 MAA(甲基丙烯酸 )、AA(丙烯酸 )及 AAm(丙烯酰胺 ) 3种单体接枝到聚乙烯的表面 ,探索了辐照时间、接枝时间、单体浓度对接枝率的影响规律 ,用 CONE(锥形量热仪 )、TGA、氧指数仪对接枝前后的样品进行了阻燃表征 。Current research in the irradiation initiated grafting has been usually focused on improving the compatibility and mechanical properties of blends or composite. The preirradiation grafting has been used to impart flame retardancy to PE copolymer in this study. Three acrylic monomers(MAA, AA, AAm) were used in the grafting reaction. Characterization of the flammability of the grafted samples shows that the grafted sample has much longer ignition time than the untreated one. HRR, SEA are strongly depressed after grafting and the grafting layer does promote the char formation of the substrate. It indicates that this approach turns out to be a promising way to make PE flame retardancy and worthy of doing.
