摘  要:采用短炭纤维 (SCF)增强聚芳醚 (PEK- C)树脂 ,研究了不同的预混方法、纤维的表面处理、纤维的含量、成型温度和成型压力对复合材料性能的影响 ,优化了 SCF/ PEK-Short carbon fiber(SCF) and PEK C were mixed by extrusion and banburying, SCF/PEK C were made by heat pressing. The experiment results show that, the contain of SCF is about 30 mass%, heating press temperature is 300~3l0 ℃, the heating press is l6~l8 MPa, heating press time is about 10~12 min. SCF is treated with sodium hypochlorite water solution, the property of composites can be increased a great step. While the contain of SCF increased the property of composites show regular change that are the modulus increasing and charpy impact have a maximum value. The length of SCF holds an important role on the mechanical property. Only the fiber which length is longer than the critical length( L cr ) can reinforced well.
