“五师服务临床”对干部病房医疗质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨"五师服务临床"医疗模式对干部病房医疗质量的影响。方法:选取2011年1月至12月收治的691例患者作为试验组,采用"五师服务临床"理念进行查房治疗。另选择2010年1月至12月未进行"五师服务临床"实践的630例患者作为对照组比较两组住院时间、合理用药、心理治疗、抢救成功率、患者满意度。结果:试验组平均住院时间为(47.01±5.02)d,低于对照组的(51.5±7.43)d(P<0.05)。试验组平均药占比为0.4238±0.0433,明显低于对照组的0.4907±0.0539(P<0.05)。试验组上呼吸道感染抗生素使用率为31.3%,低于对照组的40.1%(P<0.05);试验组抗生素药占比平均为0.1196±0.0733,低于对照组的为0.1365±0.0919(P<0.05),试验组多药耐药7例、对照组10例,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组行心理干预例数、抢救成功率和患者满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"五师服务临床"医疗模式提高了干部病房医疗质量指标.能更好满足老干部不断提高的医疗要求。Objective：To explore the efficacy of the mode of ＇ cooperative clinical services of five types of medical staffs （ doctors, nurses, clinical pharmacists, dieticians and psychological consultants） （ CCSF ） ＇ in medical quality of cadre ward. Methods： The patients registered between 2010 and 2011 year in our cadre ward were included in this study and divided control group （patients in year 2010 which did not carry out CCSF） and test group（the year 2011 which carried out CCSF ）. Collecting medical indicators of patients, such as, hospital stay, rational drug use, psychotherapy, success rate of rescue, and satisfaction and compared these indicators in the test group and in the control group. Results： 1. The hospital stay time was 47.01 days in test group,less than in control group of 51.53 days. 2. The average drug proportion per month was 39.07% in test group, less than in control group of 41.72% （P 〈0.05）. The proportion of antibiotic use was 11.96% ,also less than in control group of 13.65%. 3. The satisfaction was 97.5% in test group, higher than in control group of 96. 75%. 4. The success rate of rescue was 78.08% in test group, higher than in control group of 66.23%. Conclusions： The medical mode of CCSF might enhance medical indicators of cadre ward, which met the continuously improved needs of Veteran cadres.
