第二代负压封闭引流技术在下肢软组织缺损治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨第二代负压封闭引流技术(VSD)在下肢软组织缺损治疗中的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2012年1月至2013年1月间下肢软组织缺损患者36例,根据伤口情况清创处理创面后,以VSD覆盖,持续冲洗,早期持续负压吸引,后期间歇负压吸引,二期游离植皮或皮瓣转移覆盖创面。结果:36例均肉芽组织生长良好,游离植皮或皮瓣转移后创面闭合。结论:第二代VSD技术治疗下肢软组织缺损效果良好。Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of the second generation of vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） in the treatment of soft tissue defects in low limbs. Methods： From January 2012 to Janu- ary 2013, 36 patients with soft tissue defects in low limbs were early treated with VSD, sustained irrigating, continuous negative pressure aspiration in early stage, intermittent negative pressure aspiration in late stage. The wounds were undergone skin graft or flap diversion in the second stage. Results： Granulation tissue were grew well in all of the 36 patients, the wounds were closed after skin graft or flap diversion. Conclusion： The second generation of VSD was an effec- tive method for the treatment of soft tissue defects in low limbs.
