摘 要:以简单易得的多孔碳酸钙中空微球为模板,制备了一种高纯度、尺寸均匀的多孔羟基磷灰石(HAP)中空微球。研究了反应温度与搅拌转速对样品物相及形貌的影响,同时以布洛芬(IBU)为模型药物研究药物的缓释性能。结果表明,当反应温度为60℃、搅拌转速为400 r/min时,制备的HAP中空微球纯度高、结晶性能良好、粒度均匀且表面有许多孔隙结构;试验证明该微球是一种良好的药物载体材料,对布洛芬的载药率为47.4 mg/g,可以持续释放96 h以上。Porous hydroxyapatite (HAP) hollow microspheres with high purity and uniform size were prepared using porous calcium carbonate hollow microspheres as the templates. The effects of reaction temperature and stirring speed on the phase and morphology of sample were investigated to provide a theoretical basis for optimization of process conditions. Moreover, the sustained release behavior of ibuprofen (IBU) , which was used as the model drug and loaded in the hollow particles was investigated The optimal conditions for obtaining the hydroxyapatite hollow microspheres with good external porous structure, better crystallization properties, higher purity, and uniform particle size were determined to be a reaction temperature of 60 ℃ and stirring speed of 400 r/min. The mierospheres prepared under the optimal conditions with ibuprofen a loading dose of 47.4 mg/g and sustained release for over 96 h were promising to be used as a good drug carrier material.
