益气养阴方治疗原发性慢性肾小球疾病蛋白尿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察中药复方益气养阴方对脾肾气阴两虚型原发性慢性肾小球疾病（CKD 1-2期）患者的临床疗效。方法：将56例脾肾气阴两虚型原发性慢性肾小球疾病（CKD 1-2期）患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各28例;在基础治疗基础上,治疗组加服益气养阴方,对照组加服氯沙坦,疗程为16周;治疗前后对比观察研究对象中医证候积分、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿MA/Cr、尿β2-MG、血胱抑素-C、肾小球滤过率、血肌酐、血尿素氮、血尿酸、血白蛋白等指标变化,分析比较两组间的疗效差异。结果：益气养阴方能减少治疗组的中医证候积分,减少尿MA/Cr、24 h UPro的排泄（P均〈0.05）。结论：益气养阴方具有改善症状,减少蛋白尿,延缓慢性肾脏病进展的作用。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Yi Qi Yang Yin Decoction in the treatment of primary chronic glomerular disease（CKD 1~2） with syndrome of Spleen and kidney deficiency to both qi and yin.Methods：Fifty-six patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group in wich 28 cases were given Yi Qi Yang Yin Decoction and control group in wich 28 cases were given Losartan,with a course of 16 weeks.The changes of Chinese clinical symptoms,24 h UPro,urine MA/Cr,urine β2-MG,serum cystatin-C,GFR,Scr,Bun,blood uric acid,blood albumin were observed before and after treatment to analyse and compare the differences between the two groups.Results：Yi Qi Yang Yin Decoction reduced syndrome integrals of traditional chinese medicine in the treatment group.The treatment group reduced the excretions of 24 h UPro,urine MA /Cr（P〈0.05,P〈0.05,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Using Chinese medicine Yi Qi Yang Yin Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce proteinuria,delay the progress of chronic kidney disease.
