烟台开发区农民高血压发病特点及肾损害分析

摘　　要：目的:调查烟台开发区城镇化农民高血压及高尿酸、高三酰甘油发病情况,为该地区居民有效预防、控制高血压提供科学依据。方法:根据本次流行病学调查资料,对693名居民饮食情况、生活习惯和健康指标进行统计分析,计算高血压、高尿酸、高三酰甘油发病情况及肾损害等合并因素。结果:高血压患病率为30.23%,高尿酸患病率10.39%,高三酰甘油患病率28.35%,高血压患者合并以上情况者比例明显升高,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:这一特定区域生活条件、生活方式等较传统农村有改变,高血压发病率较高,控制率低,且高血压患者有较高的高尿酸、高三酰甘油及肾损害患病率,应采取预防控制措施。Objective：To research the prevalence rate of hypertension、hyperuricemia、Hypertriglyceridemia through the investigation and health examination on the landless peasants of Yantai Development Zone.Methods：693 residents＇ diet、living habits、health indicators were analysed,the prevalence rate of hypertension、hyperuricemia、Hypertriglyceridemia and renal damage were calculated.Results：The prevalence rate of hypertension was 30.23% 、hyperuricemia was 10.39% and Hypertriglyceridemia was 28.35%,the complication were significant difference among the patients with hypertension compared with the patients without hypertension.Conclusion：the prevalence rate of hypertension were high,control rate were low in this area,and the prevalence rates of hyperuricemia、Hypertriglyceridemia and renal damage were high among the patients with hypertension,so prevention and control measures should be taken.
