摘 要:目的:探讨代谢综合征(MS)和肾功能损害的相关关系。方法:对2 351例健康体检职工人群的MS流行情况进行调查并分析其各种相关因素。结果:2 351例中,MS检出率为11.0%,MS组中GFR显著低于非MS组(P<0.01)。logistic回归分析显示,BMI、SBP、DBP、TC、FBG、UA是发生肾功能损害的危险因素,提示肥胖、高血压、脂糖代谢紊乱、高尿酸血症是MS发生肾功能损害的危险因素。结论:MS和肾功能损害存在密切联系。MS患者同时合并有多重致肾脏损害的危险因素,因此早期发现和积极干预多重危险因素对其肾脏保护尤为重要。Objective :To inquire into the relationship between metabolic syndrome and impairment of renal function. Meth- ods:Investigate 2 351 cases of healthy staff who do physical examination to check if they have metabolic syndrome, and then analyze the relevant causes. Results:11. 0% people during the 2351 cases are found to have metabolic syndrome. GFR in the group who have metabolic syndrome is significantly lower than those who don't have( P 〈 0.01 ). Logistic regression analysis shows that BMI, SBP, DBP, TC, FBG and UA are risk factors for renal damage. It suggests that obesity, hypertension, lipid and glucose metabolism disor- der and hyperuricemia are risk factors for the occurrence of renal damage in metabolic syndrome. Condusion: There is a close relation between MS and renal damage. MS people who have complications are risk factors for the occurrence of renal damage. Therefore, ear- ly detection and active interventions of multiple risk factors are of great importance to protect kidney function.
