低硒病毒性心肌炎鼠IL-2及SIL-2R的检测

摘　　要：目的 :研究硒与IL - 2活性及SIL - 2R水平的关系。方法 :采用不同含量的硒饲料喂养小鼠 ,接种CVB病毒 ,建立心肌炎模型后 ,采用生物活性法检测ConA刺激下小鼠脾细胞培养上清中IL - 2活性 ,并采用双抗体夹心法检测其SIL - 2R水平。结果 :低硒条件下 ,病毒感染鼠IL - 2R水平低于常硒病毒组。结论 :低硒。OBJECTIVE:to study the relationship of selenium and SIL-2R and IL-2. METHODS:Two groups of rats were respectively feeded with low selenium and normal selenium. Then both of them were inoculated with CVB 3m virus. therefore we built up the model of myocarditio. IL-2 of spleenic cell cultured in serum stimulated by ConA was detected by its bioactivity. SIL-2R was detected by ELISA experiment. RESULTS:Under the condition of low selenium, the IL-2 level in the group of the virus infested is lower than that under the condition of normal selenium. So is SIL-2. CONCLUSION:Either Low selenium or CVB 3m virus infection may lead to disorder of immunal system.
