摘 要:目的探讨广西地区壮族家系口腔黏膜脱落上皮细胞染色体端粒长度的遗传模式。方法应用荧光定量PCR方法测定广西地区壮族家系口腔黏膜细胞相对端粒长度(TL),并进行家系内各代之间TL的相关性分析。结果 (1)口腔黏膜脱落上皮细胞染色体TL随年龄增大而缩短,即与年龄呈负相关(P<0.05);(2)男性TL明显长于女性TL(P<0.05);(3)TL的遗传度为70%,即家系中第一代TL对其子女TL的贡献为70%;(4)家系中第二代男性的TL同时呈现母系和父系遗传模式;女性的TL只显示母系遗传。结论广西地区壮族家系子代的口腔黏膜细胞TL明显受亲代TL的影响,呈现明显的父系及母系遗传模式。Objective To explore the mode of inheritance of buccal telomere length (TL) for Zhuang families residing in Guangxi area. Methods Relative TL of buccal cells was determined by real-time PCR for Guangxi Zhuang family members, and the correlation of TL between two generations in families was analyzed. Results ( 1 ) An inverse relationship was found between the buccal TL and age in all co- horts studied, i.e. TL shortens with increasing age. (2) After age adjustments, males displayed significant longer mean TL than females (P 〈 0.05 ). (3) The inheritability of TL was 70%, indicating that offspring's TL was mainly determined by parent's TL. (4) Son's TL was inherited both maternally and paternally, while daughter's TL was maternally inherited only. Conclusions The offspring's TL is highly influenced by parental TL in Guzngxi Zhuang families, which displays both maternal and paternal inheritance mode.
