摘　　要：目的 :分析胸部损伤的诊断及治疗。方法 :统计 550例胸部损伤病人 ,分析其诊断及治疗。结果 :闭式引流术 4 0 7例 ,剖胸术 11例 ,非手术治疗 12例。结论 :胸部损伤发病急 ,进展快 ,早期诊断 ,早期治疗非常重要。OBJECTIVE:To analyse the diagnosis and treatment of thoracic injury. METHODS:550 cases with thoracic injury were estimated to analyse the diagnosis and treatment. RESULTS:407 cases were treated with closed thoracic drainage. 11 cases were treated with exploratory thoracotomy and 12 cases were treated with nonoperative methods. CONCLUSION:Thoracic injury is a kind of disease which come on quickly and develop fast. Early diagnosis and treatment is very important.
