摘  要:目的:明确二尖瓣成形术对瓣膜下游血流动力学的影响。方法:将入选的18例患者依据二尖瓣成形方式分为成形环+缘对缘组、缘对缘组和成形环组。检测常规、心功能、流场均匀性指标,然后应用计算机图像分析技术计算湍流剪应力(TSS)和相对扰动强度(Irel)。结果:PGmean、Vmax、ΔVmax、外周位点TSS和Irel在成形环+缘对缘组最高,缘对缘组次之,成形环组最低(P<0.05)。结论:同时采用成形环和缘对缘技术可能对下游血流动力学产生不利影响。Objective:To research the in:pact of mitral valve downstream hemodynamics induced by different valve plasty interfere. Method: Eighteen patients were divided into different groups according to different method of mitral valve plasty. PGmean, Qmv, Vmax △Vmax were measued by Doppler echocardiography. TSS and Irel were computed by Doppler echocardiography combining with the analysis of image by computer. Result: PGmean ,Qmv, Vmax, △Vmax TSS and Irel in annuloplasty ring+edge-to-edge procedure were obviously higher than those in other groups. Conclusion:Both annuloplasty ring and edge-to-edge procedure may be inferior.
