摘 要:针对高功率密度柴油机铝活塞性能要求,活塞环岸采用Al2O3陶瓷纤维增强铝基复合材料,对复合材料结构设计、纤维预处理、预制件制备、挤压铸造成形工艺和耐磨性能进行了研究。经过预处理后的氧化铝纤维其长短搭配合理,渣球含量少,对纤维预制件的成形有利。对挤压铸造工艺进行了优化,采用优化后的工艺制备的活塞其纤维增强部位的界面结合良好,复合材料的显微组织细密、纤维分布均匀、渣球数量少。氧化铝纤维增强铝基复合材料的耐磨性优于高镍铸铁。Al2O3ceramic fibre reinforced aluminum matrix composites were used to produce piston ring to meet the requirement of piston performance of high power intensity diesel engine. The structure design,fibre pre-treatment, preparation of pre-form and squeezing casting parameters as well as wear resistance of the composites were investigated. The results indicate that Al2O3fiber pre-treated exhibits rational constituent with few slag ball content, which is beneficial for the forming of fibre pre-form. The squeezing parameters were optimized, and the desirable interracial bonding can be observed in fibre reinforced position of piston with the optimized squeezing parameters, and fine and compact microstructure in the composites with uniformly distributed fibre and little inclusion are observed too. Wear resistance of the composites ring prepared is superior to that of high Ni cast iron.
