摘 要:目的了解临床医学硕士专业学位研究生(住院医师)培养质量的现状,分析存在的问题。方法采用整群抽样的方法,运用自制的调查量表对95名2010级研究生进行问卷调查,对临床医学硕士专业学位研究生住院医师(研究生住院医师)培养过程(包括课程设置、实践教学、教学管理、导师指导、就读收获)进行评价,并与2010级临床医学硕士专业学位研究生(专业学位研究生)的评价结果进行比较。结果调查结果显示:学生对导师指导评价得分最高为(4.51±0.56)分,课程设置的评价最低为(3.84±0.40)分,总体评价平均(4.45±0.50)分。研究生住院医师与专业学位研究生的评价得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚。其中专业学位研究生对于课程设置的评价得分高于研究生住院医师评价得分;研究生住院医师对于临床轮转、临床技能培训与考核、论文导师指导等培养环节的评价得分于高于专业学位研究生。对研究生住院医师培养质量有显著影响的因素是导师指导和实践教学。结论学生对研究生住院医师的培养质量比较满意,其培养模式有利于提高学生的临床能力;但也存在不足之处,临床实践教学和日常过程管理应得到导师和管理部门的重视。Objective To investigate the status and problems of training quality of clinical graduates and residencies Methods Cluster sampling method and self-made questionnaire were employed to survey 95 residencies of 2010 grade. The survey evaluated curricula, practical teaching, education management, menturing, and studying harvest of training process. And the snrvey data were compared with the evaluating results of clinical graduates. Results The results revealed that mentoring was given the highest score (4.51 _+ 0.56), while the lowest was curriculum (3.84 _+0.40). The overall score was 4.45 -+ 0.50. There was significant difference in evaluating results between clinical graduates and residencies ( P 〈 0. 05). Compared to residencies, in medical graduates, the evaluation score of curricula was higher. There were higher scores of clinical rotation, assessment and training of clinical skills, mentoring of thesis writing in residencies compared to clinical graduates. The mentoring and practical teaching were significantly influencing factors of residencies. Conclusion The residencies were satisfied with quality of the training. The mode of residency training was helpful to improve graduates' clinical competence. However, the administrative staff should pay more attention to clinical practical teaching and daily process management
