摘  要:采用计算流体力学软件FLUENT软件对2A12铝合金搅拌摩擦点焊过程中材料的流动行为进行了三维数值摸拟,研究了搅拌头的旋转速度对塑性金属流动的影响规律。结果表明:与搅拌头接触区域的材料的流动方向与搅拌头的旋转方向相同,而其附近区域的材料流动规律呈涡流状;材料的高流动速度区域主要集中于搅拌头接触区,且材料的流动速度随着点到搅拌头距离的增加而减小;材料的流动速度随搅拌头的旋转速度增加而增加。The numerical simulation of 3D flow field in friction stir spot welding of 2A12 Al alloy was studied by using the software FLUENT.The effects of the rotational speed of the tool on the flow behavior of plastic material were analyzed.The results show that the flow direction of material contacting the rotational tool is the same as the rotational direction of tool,while the flow direction of material near the tool is vortex.In the welding process,the peak flow velocity of material is mainly located at the zone contacting the tool,and the material flow velocity decreases with the decrease of distance away from the tool.With the increase of rotational velocity of tool,the flow velocity of material increases.
