摘 要:研究了氧化钇对高硬度合金钢型熔敷金属显微组织、硬度和冲击韧性的影响。并利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察堆焊金属断口形貌和夹杂物形态,并进行EDS分析。结果表明,稀土氧化物可以提高堆焊金属的韧性,但会降低硬度,加入3%的Y_2O_3可以使得冲击韧性提高39%,硬度降低HRC0.5左右;高硬度堆焊金属的理想组织为混合马氏体+残余奥氏体+弥散分布的碳化物颗粒;稀土氧化物可以净化夹杂物,细化夹杂物。The effect of yttrium oxide on microstructure,hardness and impact property of deposited metal of high carbon alloy steel was studied.And the fracture appearances and inclusions were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrum.The results show that the yttrium oxide can improve the toughness of hardfacing metal,but lower its hardness.When the addition amount of rare earth oxide is 3%,the impact property of hadfacing metal can be increased by 39%,but the hardness is reduced by about 0.5 HRC.The desired microstructures of high hardness deposited metal are mixtures of martensites and a small amount of residual austenite,and dispersed carbide particles.And the yttrium oxide can purify and refine inclusions.
