舒筋汤溻渍联合三步理筋法治疗手部Ⅱ区屈肌腱术后粘连的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨舒筋汤结合三步理筋手法用于手部Ⅱ区屈肌腱修复术后粘连的临床疗效。方法将90例(136指)手部Ⅱ区屈肌腱粘连患者随机分为治疗组(45例70指)和对照组(45例66指)。治疗组予以中药洗剂舒筋汤结合三部理筋手法治疗,对照组予以红外理疗灯照射结合手部术后常规功能锻炼法。通过测量手指总主动活动度(TAM)评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率97.1%,对照组总有效率87.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒筋汤结合理筋手法对于治疗Ⅱ区屈肌腱术后粘连疗效明显,可极大限度改善手部功能。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of adhesion after operation for treatment of zone II flexor tendon of hand by the integrated of the conditioning tendons soup and the three steps tendon-soothing maneuver. Methods 90 cases（136 fingers） of zoneⅡ flexor tendon adhesion of hand after operation were divided into the treatment group （45 cases,70 fingers） and the control group（45cases, 66 fingers） by random method.The treatment group was given conditioning tendons soup and three-steps tendon-soothing maneuver treatment, the control group was given infrared light irradiation and general postoperative functional exercises of hand. Total active motion（TAM） of fingers were measured to evaluate the efficacy. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group was 97.1%,and the control group was 87.9%,compared two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It has an obvious curative effect in treatment of zone II flexor tendon adhesion of hand after operation by integrated the conditioning tendons soup and the three steps tendon-soothing maneuver.It can improve the function of hand greatly.
