超短波配合外敷自制消炎膏治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察超短波配合外敷自制消炎膏治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效。方法将72例膝骨关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,观察组48例,采用超短波配合外敷自制消炎膏治疗;对照组24例,采用超短波治疗。两组治疗两周后观察VAS视觉疼痛评分,治疗结束后统计住院时间。结果治疗2周后,两组VAS视觉疼痛评分均有改善(P<0.05),但以观察组改善明显(P<0.05)。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用超短波配合外敷自制消炎膏治疗膝骨性关节炎外用毒副作用小,临床效果较满意。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ultrashort wave combined with self-made antiphlogistine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Seventy-two patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The 48 patients of the observation group received ultrashort wave combined with self-made antiphlogistine treatment and the 24 patients of the control group received ultrashort wave treatment. Two weeks after the treatment, the VAS visual pain scores of the two groups were observed; After the treatment, the length of hospital stay was recorded. Results Two weeks after the treatment, the VAS visual pain scores of both groups improved （P〈0.05）, but the observation group improved more significantly （P〈0.05）. The treatment group had better efficacy than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The external application of ultrashort wave combined with self-made antiphlogistine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis causes small toxic and side effects and shows satisfactory clinical effects.
