摘　　要：党的十八大对文化建设提出了更高的要求。新建本科院校只有培育独具特色的大学文化,提升大学核心竞争力,才能在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。笔者通过剖析新建本科院校大学文化的特征,研究金陵科技学院如何立足自身实际,认为只有在不断总结、探索和提炼的基础上,找准大学文化建设的着力点,以点带面、重点突破,培育出具有时代先进性和鲜明个性化的大学文化,才能使学校实现全面可持续发展。During the 18th National Congress of CCP, a higher requirement of cultural construction was pro- posed. As a result,it become more obvious that, especially for the newly-founded university, the only way to get survived in the fierce competition is to bring up its own unique campus culture and enhance its core competi- tive ability. Through analysis and study of the characteristics along with independent spirit of the campus cul- ture,it is concluded that in order to bring up modernized and distinctively personalized campus culture, we must depend on continuous conclusion, exploring and refining to find out the key point of the university culture construction.which will lead to the nniversltv＇.~ ~wrall ~t^in^J,~ ct,~v,~! t
