治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛胶体溶液的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药胶体溶液治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效.方法水浸法提取并制备中药胶体溶液.选择临床确诊带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者105例,随机分成两组.治疗组采用中药胶体溶液外敷治疗,对照组采用地塞米松及口服吲哚美辛治疗.结果临床应用中药胶体溶液治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛56例,总有效率100.0%,而对照组49例,总有效率79.6%.结果显示:中药胶体溶液治疗疱疹后遗神经痛效率优于对照组(χ2=3.245,P<0.05).结论中药胶体溶液更能有效治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛.Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the compound from Chinese herbal medicine on post- herpetic neuralgia. Method The colloid solution agent containing total alkaloids of Sophora flavescens, one hundred and five cases with post-herpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into therapy group and control group. The patients in the therapy group were treated with the colloid solution by wiping the solution on the infected legion,and those in the control group were treated with Dexamethasone injection and oral administration of indomethaein tablets. Results 56 Patients were treated with colloid solution of Chinese herbal medicine and the total efficiency of it in the therapy group reached up to 100.0% ,49 patients in the control group were treated with the corresponding method and the total efficiency was 79.6%. The results indicated that there was an obvious difference in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia between the two groups （X2 = 3. 245, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The colloid solution should be more effective on post-herpetic neuralgia.
