妇科霉菌性阴道炎的临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的对妇科霉菌性阴道炎的治疗方法及临床疗效进行研究,证实中西医结合在霉菌性阴道炎治疗中的价值。方法选取我院2011年2月至2012年2月诊断和治疗的霉菌性阴道炎患者222例为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。将所有研究对象随机分为观察和对照组,一组研究对象采取口服伊曲康唑胶囊进行治疗,为对照组;一组研究对象在对照组的治疗基础上采取中药内服联合局部熏洗进行治疗,为观察组。对两组研究对象的疗效及随访的复发率进行比较,并进行统计学分析。结果观察组研究对象的临床疗效优于对照组,且具有显著差异性(P<0.05);对研究对象随访6个月,观察组的复发率显著低于对照组,且具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗在妇科霉菌性阴道炎的治疗中具有疗效显著,复发率低等优势,具有重要的临床价值。Objective Study on treatment of mycotic vaginitis and clinical efficacy, confirmed in the mould sex vaginitis treatment value of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine. Method In our hospital from 2011 February to 2012 February diagnosis and treatment of 222 patients with mycotic vaginitis as the object of study, retrospective analysis of the clinical data. All study subjects were randomLy divided into observation and control group, a group of subjects were treated by oral administration of itraconazole capsules, as control group; take a group of objects based on the treatment in control group of traditional Chinese medicine combined with local fumigation treatment, the observation group. Curative effect and follow-up of two groups of subjects and the recurrence rate were compared and statistical analysis. Result To observe the clinical curative effect is better than that of the control group subjects, and with significant difference（P〈0.05）; the object of study follow-up of 6 months, the recurrence rate in observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Therapy in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine has obvious curative effect, low recurrence rate advantages, has important clinical value.
