摘　　要：目的采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定消炎利胆片中4-甲氧基-5-羟基铁屎米酮和迷迭香酸的含量。方法使用Capcell C18色谱柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（18∶82）,流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长230nm,柱温为30℃。结果 4-甲氧基-5-羟基铁屎米酮和迷迭香酸进样量在0.02672-0.4008μg和0.05656-0.8484μg范围内,线性关系良好;平均回收率（n=6）分别为96.55%和97.88%,RSD分别为1.4%和2.7%。结论本法简便、准确,重复性好,可为消炎利胆片的质量控制提供实验依据。Objective To develop an RP-HPLC method for the determination of 4-methoxy-5-hydroxycanthin-6-tone and Rosmarinic aicd in Xiaoyan Lidan tablets. Methods The separation was performed on a Capcell C18 column （4.6mm×250mm, 5μm） with a mobile phase of acetonitrile - 0.1% Phosphoric acid （18 ： 82）. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, and the detecting wavelength was 230rim; column temperature of 30~C. Results The linear ranges of 4-methoxy- 5-hydroxycanthin-6-tone and oxy 4-methoxy-5-hydroxycanthin-6-tone were 0.019 to 0.38~tg and 0.0196 to 0.392~.g, respectively; the average recoveries of 4-methoxy-5-hydroxycanthin-6-tone and Rosmarinic aicd were 96.55% （RSD=1.4%） and 97.88% （RSD=2.7%）, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used to control the quality of Xiaoyan Lidan tablets.
