高频彩色多普勒超声诊断男性乳腺疾病的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨男性乳腺疾病的高频彩色多普勒超声表现及临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2012年3月至2013年8月间高频彩色多普勒超声检查的35例男性乳腺疾病的超声声像表现并总结。结果病理诊断男性乳腺发育31例,乳腺癌2例,乳腺脂肪瘤2例。超声诊断的灵敏度100%,特异度93.9%,正确率94.3%,误诊率6.0%。高频超声与病理诊断的一致性较好(Kappa值=0.639)。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对男性乳腺疾病的诊断具有重要的临床价值,可作为首选检查。Objective To investigate the clinical value of high-frequency Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of male breast disease. Methods The sonographic features of the 35 patients with male breast disease examined by high-frequency doppler ultrasound from march 2012 to august 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The pathological diagnosis that 31 patients with gynecomastia, 2 patients with breast cancer, 2 patients with breast lipoma. Compared with the pathological diagnosis, senstivity, specificity, correctness, misdiagnosis of high-frequency Doppler ultrasound were 100%, 93.9%, 94.3%, 6.0%. The high-frequency Doppler ultrasound and the pathological diagnosis with a cohen＇s Kappa was 0.639. Conclusions High-frequency Doppler ultrasound has important clinical value in the diagnosis of male breast disease, can be used as the preferred examination.
