择期手术患者术前心理状态及影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨研究择期手术患者术前心理状态及影响因素。方法将2012年9月至2013年8月本院进行择期手术治疗的70例择期手术患者选为研究对象,将其术前的心理状态以Zung自评量表进行评估,并将其中不同年龄、性别、文化程度与手术次数者的评估结果进行比较。结果 70例择期手术患者的Zung自评量表中的焦虑和抑郁阳性例数分别为59例和62例,阳性率分别为84.29%和88.57%,男女之间的阳性率无显著性差异,P>0.05,而不同年龄、文化程度与手术次数者的阳性率之间则存在显著性差异,P均<0.05。结论择期手术患者术前心理状态中的焦虑与抑郁均表现明显,且年龄、文化程度与手术次数均是对其影响较大的因素。Objective To investigate and study the preoperative psychology state and its influence factors of patients with selective operation. Methods 70 patients with selective operation in our hospital from September 2012 to August 2013 were the research object, and the preoperative psychology state of patients were evaluated with Zung self-rating scale, then the evaluation results of patients with different ages, gender, education degree and operation times were compared. Results The positive patients of 70 cases were respectively 59 cases and 62 cases, the positive rates were respectively 84.29% and 88.57%, and the positive rates of male and female had no significant differences, P〈0.05, and the positive rates of patients with different ages, education degree and operation times had significant differences,all P〈0.05. Conclusion The anxiety and depression of the preoperative psychology state of patients with selective operation are both obvious,and the ages,education degree and operation times are all the great influence factors for it.
