摘 要:目的探讨血清尿酸(UA)与哮喘急性发作期的关系及与哮喘急性发作时严重度关系,并探讨其临床意义。方法哮喘急性发作期组63例。根据哮喘急性发作期严重程度分为轻中度组(39例)、危重度组(24例)。健康组60例为对照组,分别监测血清尿酸。结果哮喘组血尿酸显著高于健康对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。哮喘分级越重,其血清尿酸水平越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论哮喘组血尿酸水平高于健康对照组,且血清尿酸水平与哮喘严重程度呈正相关,可作为病情监测的指标之一。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid(UA)and acute paroxysmal asthma,and to explore the clinical significance of serum UA. Methods Acute paroxysmal asthma group was 63 patients. A total of 63 acute paroxysmal asthma patients were enrolled in this study. All the acute paroxysmal asthma patients were derided into mild-to-moderate degree group and serious degree group, another 60 healthy person were used as a control. The expression of serum uric acid was statistically analyzed among tile difference groups. Results Acute paroxysmal asthma group of serum uric acid was significantly higher than healthy control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The higher grade, the higher level in serum UA with significant differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion The serum uric acid level in acute paroxysmal asthma group higher were than those in the control group, and the serum uric acid level were positively correlated with the severity of asthma, which Can be used as a monitoring index of disease.
