摘　　要：为提高农村儿童保健的业务管理水平和信息管理水平 ,作者在县卫生局的领导和支持下 ,积极探索和尝试了儿童保健计算机辅助管理系统的研制和应用。他们开发的农村儿童保健计算机辅助管理系统具有资料登记、健康评价、保健指导、信息查询、统计分析等多种功能。应用计算机辅助管理系统能提高儿童保健工作的效率和质量 ,实现信息管理的“四性”。For raising administer level of operation work and information in children health of rural area, the authors prepare and apply the computer auxiliary administer system for children health. The computer auxiliary administer system has many kinds function which are means register, health assessment, health guidance, information direction, and statistics analysis. For apply the computer auxiliary administer system can raise work efficiency and quality of children health, realize means administer as 'four proper'. It gets better effect upon society and economic benefits.
