摘　　要：目的：建立采用高效液相色谱法测定缩泉胶囊中乌药醚内酯含量的方法。方法采用Shimadzu高效液相色谱仪，C18色谱柱；流动相为乙腈：水（56∶44），检测波长为235nm，流速为1.0mL/min。结果乌药醚内酯在4.8-10.8μg范围内，呈现出良好的线形关系，r=0.9998；平均回收率98.2%，RSD为0.88%（n=5）。结论本方法操作简单易行，专属性强，准确可靠，可用于缩泉胶囊的质量控制。Objective HPLC methods were established for the determination linderane of Suoquan capsules. Methods The separation was performed on a Shimadzu HPLC, C18 chromatography column;The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-water （56∶44）;The lfowrate was 1.0mL/min;The detection wavelenth was 235nm. Results There is a good linear relationship within the rang of 4.8-10.8μg, r=0.9998;The average recovery was 98.2%;RSD=0.88%. Conclusions This method is simple, reproducible, accurate and reliable, and can be used for quality control of Suoquan capsule.
