摘　　要：目的探讨伊曲康唑和氟康唑口服药物临床治疗手足癣、股癣真菌感染疾病的效果和安全性。方法选取252例真菌感染患者,分为两组,一组口服伊曲康唑,一组口服氟康唑。结果两组的治疗有效率均较高,组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论两组患者服药后均有良好的抑菌效果,且不良反应小,两组间无显著性差异,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of itraconazole and lfuconazole oral clinical medicine for treating tinea pedis, tinea cruris fungal infections and safety. Methods Selected 252 patients with fungal infection, divided into two groups, one group of oral itraconazole, a group of oral lfuconazole. Results The effective rate of treatment group two were higher, with no signiifcant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The inhibitory effect of the two groups patients had good, is worth the clinical promotion.
