某区健康体检人群幽门螺旋杆菌感染的流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的：对太仓地区健康体检人群中幽门螺旋杆菌的感染状况及分布情况，进行流行病学方法调查。方法随机抽取2011年1月至2012年12月至太仓市第一人民医院体检的健康人群7171例作为研究对象，年龄20-112岁，采用14C-尿素呼气试验判断幽门螺旋杆菌感染情况。结果太仓地区健康体检人群Hp感染率为47.3%，女性感染率高于男性的感染率，两组之间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01），40-49岁组Hp感染率最高，40-49岁组及30-39岁组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），其余各组之间差异均无统计学意义。结论太仓地区健康体检人群Hp感染率低于全国水平，女性感染率高于男性，各年龄组间感染率无明显差异。Objective To investigate the infection of Helicobacter pyloriin healthy subjects in Taicang, Jiangsu province. Methods 7171 cases aging from 20-112 years old were chosen randomly from healthy people in January 2011 to Decemer 2012, the Helicobacter pylori were detected using 14C-urea breath test. Results The Hp infection rates was 47.3%in Taicang healthy people.there was signiifcant difference between men and wemen,the female was higher than the male（P〈0.01）.The Hp infection rate of group of 40-49 age was the highest in all groups, there was signiifcant difference between the groups of 30-39 and 40-49（P〈0.05）, there were no differences between the rest groups. Conclusion The Hp infection rate of Taicang was lower than that of national average.The infection of female was higer than that of male. there were no signiifcant differences between the groups of different ages.
