云南省城市社区老年人医疗保健现状及对策

摘　　要：1999年10～11月,我们对云南省部分城市60岁及以上老年人医疗保健状况进行现况研究,结果显示:城市老年人两周患病率为32.1％,慢性病患病率为80.66％;两周就诊率为27.00％,一年住院率为28.10％;医疗费用过高、报销困难成为影响老年人医疗保健服务利用的重要因素。建议:建立健全医疗保健保障制度;完善老年卫生服务网络,开展社区老年医疗保健服务;加强健康教育,提高自我保健能力。A survey to the present of the health care for ≥60 aged group in urban community in Yunnan province indicates: the 2-week prevalence rate is 32.1%; the prevalence rate of the chronic diseases in 80.66% jilie 2-week consult doctors rate is 27.00% ;The resident rate in hospital is 28.10% ;The high eepense for health care has become an important factor influencing the utilization of health care for elderly. It is necessary to found and perfect the health care indemnify system, to perform the community health care for elderly, to strength health education and raise the ability to self-care.
