中暑患者血清中酶的变化及其对病情的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的　根据中暑患者血清中酶的变化 ,观察其对病情及预后影响。方法　按病情将中暑病人分为两组 :轻症中暑组和重症中暑组。测定中暑患者和对照组血清中肌酸激酶 (CK)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶 (AST)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)和丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)活力。结果　重症中暑病人血清中四种酶的活力均明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,轻症中暑病人血清四种酶的活力也表现出增高 ,但仅CK和LDH增高具有显著意义 (P <0 0 1) ,表明中暑对CK和LDH的影响最为明显。Objective To explore the changes of serum enzymes in heat stroke(HS)patients and their clinical significance.Methods 24 HS patients were divided into two groups,light HS group and severe HS group.30 common patients(no HS) were as control.To determine the CK,AST,LDH and ALT activities in serum and evaluate their clinical significance.Results The results showed that the activities of CK,AST,LDH and ALT in severe HS patients were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P <0 01) and CK was obviously increased in light HS group compared with the controls ( P <0 01).Conclusion This study suggests that the changes of CK AST,LDH and ALT in serum are concerned with the tends of HS patients conditions.
