摘　　要：本文介绍了当今住宅的发展趋势，何谓传统民居，结合当代某些楼盘的开发去诠释传统住宅文化在当代建筑里的保存和利用，揭示了当代楼盘设计越来越向传统民居布局靠拢的特点。The article is introduced the trend of today residen- tial development.From the sample of today＇s residential area open- ing, it shows how to protect and make good use of the traditional residence in the present architecture and proves that design of to- day＇s residential area are getting close to the traditional residence.
