社区空巢老人意外发生情况的调查及对策探讨

摘　　要：目的 研究湛江巿社区空巢老人意外发生情况及对策. 方法将2008年1月-2012年8月期间湛江巿社区空巢老人纳入研究,给予社区干预措施,调查意外发生情况及相关因素. 结果 （1）干预后跌倒/滑到（1.56%）、心血管意外（0.67%）、脑血管意外（0.44%）、呼吸系统急症（0.89%）以及意外发生率（3.56%）均低于干预前;（2）不同的年龄、文化程度、空巢时间、社区卫生服务利用情况、家庭月收入、自我护理能力、日常生活活动能力,空巢老人意外发生例数不同;（3）意外发生情况与年龄、空巢时间呈正相关,与文化程度、社区卫生服务利用情况、家庭月收入、自我护理能力、日常生活活动能力呈负相关. 结论年龄、文化程度、空巢时间、社区卫生服务利用情况、家庭月收入、自我护理能力、日常生活活动能力是空巢老人意外发生情况的影响因素,采取社区干预措施能够减少意外发生率.Objective To study the accident of elderly left in community of Zhanjiang city and its countermeasure. Methods Elderly left in community of Zhanjiang city from January 2008 to August 2012 were enrolled and given community intervention measures. Then accident and its related factors were investigated. Results （1） After the intervention, fall/slide （1.56%）, cardiovascular accident （0.67%）, cerebrovascular accident （0.44%）, respiratory emergency （0.89%） and accident incidence（3.56%） were lower than before the intervention; （2） The difference of accident cases in different age, culture degree, empty nest time, utilization of community health services, family monthlyineome, self nursing ability, daily activities had statistically significant; （3） Accident was positively correlated with age, empty nest time and negatively correlated with culture degree, utilization of community health services, family monthlyincome, self nursing ability, daily activities. Conclusion Age, culture degree, empty nest time, utilization of community health services, family monthlyincome, self nursing ability, daily activities are influence factors of elderly left accident and community intervention measures can reduce accident rate.
