摘　　要：目的探讨不同性别心力衰竭患者血尿酸(BUA)水平与心功能的关系。方法根据性别将537例心力衰竭患者分为两组,即男性组和女性组,比较两组患者的BUA水平,对患者的左室射血分数(LVEF)与BUA进行Pearson直性相关分析。结果男性组心力衰竭患者的BUA水平高于女性组(P<0.01)。男性心力衰竭患者的LVEF与BUA呈负相关(r=-0.206,P<0.01)。女性心力衰竭患者的LVEF与BUA呈负相关(r=-0.185,P<0.01)。结论男性心力衰竭患者的BUA水平多高于女性患者。男性及女性心力衰竭患者的LVEF与BUA均呈负相关,但男性的相关性更高一些。Objective To investigate the relationship of blood uric acid （BUA） level and cardiac function of heart failure patients between male and female. Methods Nccording to gender,537 patients with heart failure were divided into two groups,namely male group and female group. Compared BUA level of the two groups. Pearson linear correlation analysis was performed on patients＇ left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and BUA level. Results BUA level in male group were higher than that in female group （P〈0.01）. LVEF in male patients with heart failure and BUA was negatively correlated（r=-O.206,P〈O.01 ）. LVEF in female patients with heart failure and BUA was negatively correlated （r=-0.185 ,P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion BUA level in male patients with heart failure is much higher than that of female patients. LVEF in male and female patients with heart failure and BUA are negatively correlated,but the correlation is higher in male.
