摘 要:目的对微波-超声辅助提取四味清口含片中广陈皮、桂心、细辛挥发油的工艺条件及参数进行优化。方法在单因素试验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交实验设计,以挥发油提取率为指标,试验料液比、微波功率、浸泡时间、提取时间对提取率的影响。结果最佳提取工艺参数为:以环己烷为萃取剂,固定超声功率50 W,料液比为1∶8、浸泡时间60 min、微波功率500 W、提取时间5 min。在此条件下,挥发油提取率为2.51%。结论采用微波-超声辅助协同提取挥发油工艺简单可行,是提取挥发油的有效工艺之一。用于提取四味清口含片中广陈皮、桂心、细辛挥发油,结果满意。Objective The technological conditionS and parameters to extract the volatile oil from Citrus Chachiensis Hortorum, Cortex Cinnarnomi and Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. in Siweiqing buecal tablets by microwave-ultrasonic assisted synergistic processes with orthogonal experimental design had been optimized. Methods Based on the single factor test, the extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal experimen- tal design L9 (34), while the yield of the volatile oil was acted as indexes. The influence of the factors such as ratio of solid/liquid, soaking time, microwave power and extraction time on the yield of the volatile oil is discussed. Results The optimum parameters of extraction technology were as follows, when cyclohexane as an extraction solvent, fixed ul- trasonic power 50 W, a ratio of solid/liquid 1:8, a soaking time of 60 rain, a microwave power 500 W and an extraction treatment time of 5 min, respectively. Under the optimum extraction condition, the yield of volatile oil was 2.51%. Conclusion The extracted technology is simplicity and can be practically applied to the extraction of the volatile oil, it is one of the best efficient techniques of extracting the volatile oil. This extraction technology has been successively ap- plied to extracting the volatile oil from Citrus Chachiensis Hortorum, Cortex Cinnamomi and Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. in Siweiqing buccal tablets with satisfactory results.
