血必净注射液对严重胸部创伤患者血液免疫球蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的观察血必净注射液对严重胸部创伤患者血液免疫球蛋白的影响，为临床应用提供依据。方法选择我院2011年6月－2012年3月70例严重胸部创伤患者．随机分为实验组和对照组各35例，对照组给予常规治疗，实验组在对照组的基础上联合血必净治疗，血必净注射液50mL加入100mL生理盐水中静脉注射，每日两次，连用5～7d。分别在第1、3、7天抽血检测并比较其免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG的水平。结果患者在受伤后ld，比较两组免疫球蛋白的检查结果差异性无统计学意义。在治疗后第3、7d，比较两组免疫球蛋白的检查结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论严重胸部创伤患者血液免疫球蛋白受抑制，且机体易感性增加，可早期进行血必净注射液静脉滴注干预，以提高机体免疫球蛋白，增强免疫功效，促进康复，减少并发痱。Objective To observe the effect of Xuebijing injection on blood immunoglobulin of severe chest trauma patients with. Methods Seventy cases of severe chest trauma patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 35 cases in each group,the control group received conventional therapy, the experimental group were based on the combined Xuebijing treatment, detected and compared blood immunoglobulin IgA, IgM, IgG between two groups. Results Patients injured 1 d, inspection results were compared immunoglobulin, difference was not statistically significant. Compared two sets of inspection results 3 d,7 d, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Severe chest trauma patients with blood immunoglobulin inhibition of the body＇s increased susceptibility to the early Xuebijing the intravenous injection of intervention immune globulin, enhance immune func- tion, promote rehabilitation and reduce complications.
