益赛普治疗老年类风湿性关节炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨益赛普治疗老年类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效. 方法选择2011年5月-2013年5月于我院就诊64例老年类风湿性关节炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组予益赛普＋甲氨蝶呤,对照组予甲氨蝶呤.比较两组晨僵时间、握力等指标. 结果观察组与对照组治疗后握力,肿胀关节数等较治疗前明显好转（P＜0.05）.观察组与对照组患者治疗后血沉、C-反应蛋白等较治疗前明显下降（P＜0.05）. 结论益赛普与甲氨蝶呤联合用于治疗老年类风湿性关节炎可获得协同作用,值得推广.Objective To discuss clinical effect of Etanercep intreating elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of 64 patients treated in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and compared group. Observation group were given Etanercep and MTX. Compared group were given MTX. Then the time of morning stiffness, the power of gripping ect. were compared. Results After treatment the power of gripping and swelling index are clearly better and ESR, C-reactive protein are clearly drop comparing before treatment in both of observation group and compared group. Conclusion Etanercep combined MTX can Obtain synergies for treating Elderly Rheumatoid arthritis. It deserves being extended.
