摘 要:目的:探讨扶正祛邪双表法对流感病毒感染致病毒性肺炎小鼠的治疗作用。方法:以流感病毒A/FM/47(H1N1)鼠肺适应株滴鼻感染昆明种小鼠,并用解表药(银翘散)、固表药(玉屏风散)、双表药(玉屏风散+银翘散),银屏散、阳性对照药(利巴韦林)干预相应组别小鼠。在流感病毒感染后3、5、7 d,计算肺指数和抑制率,观察肺组织切片光镜下的病理改变;采用实时荧光定量PCR(real time RT-PCR)检测小鼠肺组织中病毒载量的变化。结果:银翘散、玉屏风散、银屏散在感染后第3、5、7 d可明显降低小鼠感染后肺指数;明显减轻肺组织炎性损伤,降低肺组织病毒载量。在各时间点,与模型组相比明显低表达(P<0.05),以银屏散组效果最佳。结论:扶正祛邪双表法在治疗小鼠病毒性肺炎具有一定的优势。Objective: To investigate the treatment effect of double method of strengthening the vital and eliminating the pathogen on influenza virus infection. Methods: The model of pneumonia was established by A/FM/47 (H1 N1 ) in- tranasal instillation, and then was divided into Yinqiao Powder - treated group, Yupingfeng Powder - treated group, Yin- peng Powder - treated group and ribavirin - treated group. On 3rd, 5th and 7th day after infection, the lung index, inhib- it rate and pathological changes of lung tissue under the optical microscope were observed. In addition, Real time PCR (RT -PCR) was used to detect the virus load in lungs tissue of mice. Results: The results showed that Yinqiao Powder- treated group, Yupingfeng Powder - treated group, Yinpeng Powder - treated group can reduce the lung index significant- ly on the 3rd, 5th and 7th day after being infected, and obviously alleviate the pathological change of lung injury, also can reduce virus load at each time point. Compared with model group at each time point, Yinpeng Powder - treated group had the best effect ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions : Double methods of strengthening the vital and eliminating the pathogen has an apparent therapeutic effect on irffluenza viral pneumonia in mice.
