摘　　要：目的 :观察颅脑术后血浆儿茶酚胺 (CA)含量的变化。方法 :测定 2 0例非创伤性神经外科病人术前、术后 1天及术后 7天血浆肾上腺素 (E)和去甲肾上腺素 (NE)含量。结果 :术后 1天 ,血浆E和NE均升高 ,术后 7天 ,多数病人血浆E和NE恢复正常。结论 :颅脑手术后短期内血浆E和NE均升高 ,并与某些术后并发症可能有一定关系。Objective:To observe the changes of plasma catecholamine(CA) in post craniocerebral operation .Methods:The changes of plasma epinephrine(E) and norepinephrine(NE) in pre operation and post operation in 20 patients with non trauma neurosurgical disease were measured.Results:E and NE elavated in the first day after operation,and dropped to normal level in the 7th days after operation in most patients.Conclusion:Short time after craniocerebral operation,plasma CA would elavate.Some post operative complications were found to be correlated with the rise of plasma CA level.
