Objective: To evaluate the pharmaeodynamic actions of Aetinidia Plancli polysaccharide(APPS) polyphase liposome oral liquid on CC14 - induced acute liver injury mice. Methods : The mice model of acute liver injury induced by CC14 was adopted, taking bifendate as a positive control drug, by determinations of ALT and AST in serum of the liver - injured mice and measuring the indicators in mice liver, such as SOD, MDA, and so on, the test observed the pathologi- cal changes of the liver tissue, studied the function of pharmacodynamics with APPS polyphase liposome oral liquid in a- gainst acute liver injury. Results: Compared with the group of model, the high dosage (200mg · kg^-2 ) and middle dos- age (100mg · kg^-1) of APPS polyphase liposome oral liquid reduced the contents of ALT and AST significantly (P 〈 0.05) in serum. And the oral liquid improved the vitality of SOD effectively in liver tissue and reduced the content of MDA(P 〈0.05). There was no difference in statistics between the result and the hepatoprotective effect of pharmacody- namics with bifendate. Conclusion: The APPS polyphase liposome oral liquid has a significant and protective effect in mice suffering from CC14 - induced acute liver injury.
