HPLC法同时测定白鲜皮中白鲜碱、黄柏酮和梣酮的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立RP-HPLC同时测定白鲜皮中白鲜碱、黄柏酮和腀酮含量的方法。方法：采用RP-HPLC,70%乙醇超声提取,色谱条件：色谱柱AlltimaC18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,保护柱All-GuardTM C18（4.6mm×7.5mm,5μm）,流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,进样量10μL,柱温25℃,检测波长238nm。结果：该3种成分分离良好,线性范围依次为0.4～16.0,10～400和1.6～64.0mg/L,加样回收率分别为99.95%,98.91%,100.02%,RSD分别为：1.81%,1.83%,2.62%。结论：本方法简单、快捷,重现性好,准确率高,可用于白鲜皮药材的质量控制。Objective ： To develop a RP - HPLC method for simultaneous determination of dictamnine, obacunone and fraxinellone in Dictamni Cortex. Method： The three compounds were extracted with 70% ethanol by sonication and RP - HPLC conditions were as follows ： Alltima Cts （4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 μm） column, acetonitrile - 0.1% phosphoric acid as a mobile phase by gradient elution, flow rate 1.0 mL/min, injection volume 10 μL, column temperature 25 ℃ , detec- tion wavelength 238 nm. Result： The determined three compounds were well separated with a linear range of 0.4 - 16.0, 10 -400 and 1.6 -64.0 mg/L, respectively. The recoveries of them were 99.95% , 98.91% and 100.02%, and RSD were 1.81% , 1.83% ,2.62% , respectively. Conclusion ： This method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive, particular- ly suitable for the quality control of Oictamni Cortex.
